I know some of you were wondering about the photo that I posted on Flickr 10 days ago. “Why is Moni hugging a reindeer?” I was taking pictures at Old Town, and I thought it would be cute. That was actually supposed to be a blog post on its own, but didn’t quite work out the way I wanted. So, Part 2!

Did you guys get to see Jena’s post on Facebook? I was planning on doing this post a little bit after she posted her, but again, didn’t work out lol.
For those who know me well enough to be able to casually hang out (i.e us chatting while you are styling or taking pictures of your outfits), sometimes I will see if I can take a photo. I don’t normally tell them that I am taking a photo. Sometimes the picture will suck, or I didn’t take the shot quick enough before they change poses. (I think Neddings was the last one that I had to tell to stay where he was so I could get his photo – great lighting, etc
As Jena said, we were both wearing Ghee at the time that we met up (and why wouldn’t we – it’s a great dress!), so I said let’s take a picture together 
Sometimes I feel like I look like her when I am putting together styles…especially certain hair. “Oh I look like Jena today ^^ ” For some reason, when I look at this photo, I feel like that is something she would wear. Ironically, that is probably my favorite photo from the past few months.
I believe if you call someone a friend, they should be someone that you can go to for advice, and they can do the same. They support you in your endeavors, and they help enhance you as a person and enrich your experiences , not change you or be a source of turmoil.
It is my sincere wish that all of my friends know how much I value them and their friendship, even though we may not get to talk as often as I would like.
When i saw this reindeer ( I’ll pretend the reindeer’s name is Rudolf – she didn’t seem to mind :D), I just knew I had to make friends. So I had no problem sitting in the snow and finding the right poses. Rudolph was so cooperative, I wonder does she have a future in modeling?

After I had finished taking pictures, she let me hug her, which was a real treat.
Pose: Basically my own. There was a pose called “Hug the packet” by Damien (damien.fate) that I got back in 2012. It’s a standing pose with your arms “cradling” something. What I did was to make it a kneeling pose, with my torso leaning forward, and then I adjusted my arms around Rudolph, and then tilted my head forward. I would had saved the pose, but 1. I was so tired of modding/creating a pose and 2. It looked really crude and I doubt I would ever use it again.
